Designed as highly sustainable and completed in Summer 2024, the project is built on a long and thin plot of land in the London Borough of Croydon and is an infill of a gap-site in a suburban part of the borough. The homes feature high levels of insulation, and air source heat pump, triple glazed windows, and solar panels. Natural light is brought deep into the layouts through carefully positions skylights that climb dual and triple height spaces - allowing the family to dine underneath the stars!
